We hope that you have been keeping safe and well! We thought we would send another update your way regarding the ShieldScore application, as our team has been working diligently to refine the product for you.
Throughout the past two weeks, we have worked on fixing any bugs in the system. Most notably, you will find quite a bit of changes regarding our sign up process. Rather than logging straight into the dashboard, you will now be guided through a step-by-step process designed to give your organization a personalized experience in the creation of your ShieldScore. By adding in your organization information, you will be able to generate a dynamic report card on your website that will help customers understand the measures you are taking to ensure their safety amid the pandemic. As for this next week, you will notice more changes along the way, including a refresh of the dashboard’s design (We gave you a sneak peak on the home page!).
Additionally, if you are having any difficulties viewing the changes we described, it could be due to your computer’s cache storing your prior experiences with the dashboard instead of updating to our newest version. Below, we have attached a few links that will easily walk you through how to clear your cache.
